Here's the latest and greatest from Trollmaster. In my eyes this is the most important tool that I have for successful fishing.

The "D" series control will replace our popular analog electronic control. The precision throttle control for gas outboard motors. Trollmaster has been described by professional fisherman across the USA as the best equipment addition to the art of trolling since the onset of the down rigger and planer board. We have redesigned our product incorporating the use of microprocessor technology. The result of the change has improved speed adjustment. Speed is easily adjusted within 2/10 of a mile per hour.
In addition, a third model will be added to our current Trollmaster and Trollmaster Pro product line. The all new Trollmaster Pro II incorporates all the features found in our present models in addition it is ten times more accurate and adjustable than the Standard and Pro models. All of our "D" series models can be adapted to existing Trollmaster cables, mounting hardware and servo motors
Smoother servo operation, resistance to RF interference and improved reliability. Our new case is stronger and more water resistant, including color coded selector buttons that are easy to use at a glance. We now include a controller mounting kit that does not require drilling holes in your boat dash.
For those who prefer to control your speed from another location in the boat, an optional 15' cable extension is available from your dealer.
The new system still includes the great Trollmaster features. The Idle/Run button which allows you to switch your motor to Idle while you are catching fish. Trollmaster will remember your preset productive trolling speed and you can return to that speed by returning to the Run mode. The Pro system includes the MFT (momentary full throttle) button, pressing and holding the light blue button in the upper left hand side of the control box will open the motor throttle to Trollmaster maximum speed, about 65 to 70% of your motors capability. Use MFT to jog your bait, using short bursts of speed will allow your bait to rise and fall enticing following fish to strike. Use MFT to run out your fishing lines, correct your boat heading or turn your boat around and get back to your hot fishing spot. Keeping in mind when you release the MFT button, you will return to your preset trolling speed.
Easy to use detailed instructions and color photographs are included on the installation CD provided. Our warranty includes 100% replacement for one year on defective parts.
