Electric Fillet Knife
After trying a battery powered electric fillet knife unsuccessfully, I decided to give it another try. Cleaning Salmon at the cleaning stations at landings is a great convenience but can be a chore with regular fillet knives. This time I tried a plug in type and plug it in to a battery pack that I carry in my truck. It works great. You can get battery packs at any automotive store. Give it a try.
