Using The Right Equipment To Stay Versatile
With today's fishing methods and with so many fishing opportunities, today's fishing guide has to stay on his game, and being versatile enough to change methods is a key to catching more fish. Being able to change from one species to another is important to keep customers catching fish. I have accomplished that very thing by the use of a Tracking System on my Lund Pro-V. This aluminum track accepts pole holders and downriggers, and can quickly change to a step pad in a matter of minutes. I can cast for bass with no obstructions on the deck on one trip then convert to trolling walleyes with pole holders on the next trip. I can also add downriggers for a day of salmon fishing. That is what I call versatile!
